近日，泰國蘭實大學醫(yī)學院教育與國際事務副院長 Kasem Saereeporncharenkul 博士致信上海醫(yī)大醫(yī)院（上海大學醫(yī)學院醫(yī)大醫(yī)院），代表該院正式提出構(gòu)建長期穩(wěn)定合作機制的意向，明確師生互訪、學術共建、資源共享等核心合作維度，彰顯國際醫(yī)學交流的深厚底蘊與廣闊前景。
Dear Ms. Markovich：
I hope this message finds you well.
It was a great pleasure meeting you during my recent visit to Shanghai Yida Hospital. I truly appreciated the opportunity to learn more about your institution and to explore potential areas of collaboration.
On behalf of the Faculty of Medicine, Rangsit University, I would like to formally express our interest in establishing a Memorandum of Understanding ( MOU ) between our institutions. We believe this collaboration will lay a strong foundation for academic exchange and mutual development.
Specifically, we would like to propose the following areas of collaboration:
Student Exchange Program
We would be pleased to send our final year medical students ( not more than 2 students annually ) , particularly those with proficiency in the Chinese language, to undertake 4 weeks of elective training at Shanghai Yida Hospital.
Faculty Exchange Program
We also welcome opportunities for our faculty members, certainly those with proficiency in the Chinese language, to participate in academic visits, clinical observation, and knowledge exchange.
Reciprocal Hosting
In return, we would be honoured to host students and faculty members from Shanghai Yida Hospital, particularly those with proficiency in English, to undertake short-term elective training at our affiliated teaching hospitals, including:
Rajavithi Hospital
Lerdsin Hospital
Queen Sirikit National Institute of Child Health
Academic Recognition and Support
With a formal MOU in place, we will be able to provide financial support for our students and faculty participating in exchange programs.
Officially recognise the training period as part of the academic curriculum and student transcripts.
We strongly believe that this collaboration will provide valuable international exposure, enhance clinical perspectives, and promote cross-cultural understanding among our students and faculty members.
We look forward to your thoughts on this proposal and would be happy to proceed with further discussions or draft the MOU for your consideration.

期間，泰國蘭實大學醫(yī)學院及附屬機構(gòu)專家團，深入探訪我院重點學科及特色診療科室，對我院在心臟外科精準診療、中醫(yī)現(xiàn)代化創(chuàng)新、智慧醫(yī)療賦能等領域的成就給予高度贊譽，圍繞醫(yī)學教育創(chuàng)新、高端人才培養(yǎng)、臨床科研協(xié)同等國際前沿議題展開深度磋商，為雙方搭建起堅實的國際合作橋梁。
2026 年恰逢中泰建交 51 周年，兩國醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生領域的交流合作在 " 一帶一路 " 倡議引領下持續(xù)走深走實。此次泰方合作意向函，為雙方深化國際協(xié)作、共促醫(yī)學發(fā)展奠定堅實基礎。泰國蘭實大學醫(yī)學院與上海醫(yī)大醫(yī)院的交流，將從學術互訪邁向機制化、常態(tài)化、體系化的務實合作新階段。
